2019 is here! New Year, new beginnings. As this year unfolds may our hearts be filled with joy, love, happiness, and peace. Let’s welcome 2019 with God’s word for us as we have Faith for Greater Things.
Believe for the Better
Jesus answered him,
“Because I said to you, ‘I saw you under the fig tree; do you believe? You will see greater things than these.”
Jesus explained to Nathaniel how He was able to know him when He was chosen to follow Him as a disciple. Jesus knew Him because He is Omniscient, God All Knowing.
Let’s be amazed on how the Lord knows us inside and out. On how we are fearfully and wonderfully made by Him! And despite of our sins, He still loves us no matter what, and His mercies and blessings are new everyday.
Like Nathaniel, we truly don’t deserve the position we have as children of God and the spiritual blessings that we receive from Him daily.
May we be humbled and overwhelmed by His amazing grace. He inspires and promises us that there are greater things to come.
Jesus calls us to be a channel of His blessings to humanity. As we do so, His endless blessings will be poured out into our lives.
Jesus promises that: “You will see greater things than this .” When we have the faith to believe, it would be done for us.
As 2019 arrives in a few hours, let us believe for greater things as we obey and follow Jesus and His Words. Whoever you are, whatever you do; if God calls you to be a channel of His love and grace then go, do what God calls you to do, go and make disciples. No matter how young or old you are, nothing would stop you from using your skills and talents for the glory of His name!
I speak blessings upon your heart and soul as we all prepare ourselves to the promised breakthroughs in our:
- Spiritual intimacy and faithful Devotion with God
- Physical Health and Healing
- Financial Blessings and Prosperity
- Wisdom in decision making and Godly council
- Compassion for the lost and the poor
- Generosity in good deeds and inspiring words
- Emotional contentment and happiness
“Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever.” – Hebrews 13:8
Remember, there are so much in store for you this year so expect greater things to happen in your life!
“For I know the plans I have for you says the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” – Jeremiah 29:11
